Providing Our Washington, D.C., and Maryland Patients with Breast Enhancement Cost Information

What is included?
Fees include anesthesia, facility, surgeon and implants at the surgery center of Potomac in our Rockville location. The facility is licensed and fully accredited.

What is not included?
Pre operative medical testing and post operative prescriptions. Usually these costs are covered by your health plan.

Pathology fee is billed separately for surgeries where breast tissue is removed (such as breast reduction) this can average about $250. If you breast reduction is approved by your insurance this fee is usually covered.

Why Do You List Your Fees on the Website?

The decision to list prices for breast enhancement procedures on this website was not an easy one. As more and more cosmetic surgery information becomes available on the Internet, it seems that consumers have grown increasingly confused about how breast enhancement surgery is priced.

At many cosmetic surgery practices the costs are separated à la carte style: one fee for the surgeon's work, another for the anesthesia, and still another for the surgical facility. In some cases, patients may think they are paying a reasonable total amount for their breast enhancement procedure, only to find out later that the anesthesia and facility costs were inflated beyond what they expected or priced unreasonably high.

To remove this confusion, I offer an all-inclusive fee for all of my most commonly performed breast enhancement procedures for my Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland patients. Healthy and appropriate breast enhancement candidates can expect to pay one, pre-agreed upon rate for their entire procedure. In this way, my patients know exactly what to expect before their surgery.

Breast Augmentation:

• Saline Breast Augmentation - $5600
• Silicone Breast Augmnetation - $7500

Breast Lift:

Without Implants:

• Crescent lift (local anasthesia) - $2000
• Periareolar life (local anasthesia) - $2500
• Periareolar lift (sedation) – $3200
• full formal mastopexy or lollipop (general anesthesia)– $5900

With Implants:

• Saline breast augmentation with crescent mastopexy – $5600 (no fee for the crescent lift if the implants are placed through the crescent incision.
• Saline breast augmentation with periareolar mastopexy – $5600 with additional fee of $1500
• Saline breast augmentation with full mastopexy or lollipop– $5600 with additional fee of $3000
• Silicone breast augmentation with crescent mastopexy – $7500 with additional fee of $750
• Silicone breast augmentation with periareolar mastopexy – $7500 with additional fee of $1500
• Silicone breast augmentation with full mastopexy – $7500 with additional fee of $3000

Breast Reduction:

• Breast reduction – $7500 as a cosmetic procedure (does not include pathology fee)
• In some case Breast reduction may be covered by insurance.

Other Procedures:

• nipple reduction (local anesthesia) – $1500
• release inverted nipple local – $1200
• re-augmentation or contracture with saline/silicone implants – price will depend upon the need for other procedures
